Choose red, white or rosé vermouth to make this easy cocktail – ideal for a party. Garnish with green olives and a lemon slice for the professional finish
Ingredients
- ice
- 50ml vermouth (red, white or rosé)
- sparkling water , to top up (around 200ml)
For the garnish
- 3 green olives , skewered on a cocktail stick
- lemon slice
Method
- STEP 1
Fill a highball glass with the ice, then pour in the vermouth and top up with the sparkling water. Garnish with the skewered olives and lemon slice.
