All you need are a few ingredients which are – chickpeas (10-11 oz), 1-3 garlic cloves(by taste), ½ bowl tahini paste, ½ tsp salt, 1/3 bowl lemon juice, ½ bowl extra virgin olive oil, ¼ teaspoon paprika, 4 tbsp cold water & few pine nuts.

It is very easy to make. All you need to do is to chop the garlic in your processor and then mix the rest of the ingredients in it as well. Put the cold water inside the processor for smoother meshing. Then, blend the meshed mixture in the food processor until you get the required consistency.

Your extremely tasty Hummus is ready. Serve it warm for a better flavor.

Baba Ghanoush

Baba ghanoush is one of the most flavorful & wonderful eggplant dips. You can spread it over any of your appetizers. It is a silky and whitish companion to hummus. This is very easy to make. All you need is to have the right balance of flavors.

What you need are just a few common ingredients. Roast 2-3 eggplants, ½ cup light tahini seeds, 4-5 roasted garlic cloves, 2 ½ fresh lemons,1 tsp cumin, a touch of salt, extra virgin olive oil, cayenne pepper, some fresh parsley and a sprinkle of paprika for garnishing.

Take the roasted eggplants in a bowl & put some smoky cooking liquid in it and leave it at room temperature. Now mix the tahini seeds, lemon juice, cumin, salt, garlic, cayenne pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl & mash it properly. Leave it for a few minutes to saturate and then taste it. Now garnish it with some paprika and parsley & serve it with your appetizer.
