Ingredients

  • ¼ small sweet potato
  • ½ tbsp olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and slice the sweet potato thinly. Toss with the olive oil and roast for 15-20 mins until crisp. Leave to cool.
